What This Focus Area Builds
These are the capabilities the Intensive develops. Which of them the work concentrates on is set with your Leadership Faculty member, from where you actually need to grow.
- 01
Diagnosing the gap: genuine underrecognition vs inflated self-assessment - and being sure which one you are looking at before you act
- 02
The calibration conversation: telling someone where they stand, with evidence and without diminishing them
- 03
Handling the promotion they didn't get - keeping the person without rewarding the pressure
- 04
Making the standard explicit: published criteria for what advancement requires
- 05
Managing the audience: the rest of the team is watching how you handle it
