What is Pattern Analysis and why do most people start there?

What's the difference between the self, 360, and interactive assessments?

The self-assessment looks inward - what you already know or believe about your leadership skills and capacities. The 360 pulls targeted feedback from managers, peers, and direct reports, so you can see the gap between your intent and your impact. The interactive assessment uses AI to put you inside dynamic leadership scenarios and tests how you actually decide in real time. Most leaders do more than one. They sharpen different mirrors.

Is the assessment data private?

Yes. The interactive platform is secure and uses strong data protections. Your results are yours. We never share individual results with your organization unless you choose to.

Who is the Lab for?

Accomplished women leaders - scientific, government, nonprofit, corporate - who already manage teams, budgets, and complicated stakeholder relationships and are ready for the next level. Most participants have 5+ years of leadership experience and a real, current challenge they want to bring into the room.

What makes the Lab different from other leadership programs?

This isn't a workshop on personality types. It's a leadership laboratory where you practice the hardest skills under expert eyes - staying strategic under pressure, holding composure when the stakes are high, seeing the systems beneath symptoms, leading through uncertainty and resistance. Mastery comes through determined practice. The Lab gives you the practice, the frameworks, the coaches, and a committed peer community of 25 women across nine months.

What's the format, time commitment, and investment?

Six to nine months, and the Lab runs in two formats. Both open with a virtual intensive (11 hours over 3 days) and continue with monthly 2-hour case consultations. The virtual cohort is delivered entirely online and costs $7,000, or $5,000 early bird. The in-person cohort adds a 2-day capstone in New York to close and costs $10,000. Need-based discounts are available for qualified candidates. Travel and accommodation for the New York capstone are not included.

What does coaching with WILL actually look like?

One-on-one work with a senior coach trained in Adaptive Leadership, Crucial Conversations, negotiation, influence, and systems thinking. Every engagement is supervised through a monthly confidential coaching-team review - so you're getting the thinking of the whole bench of coaches. You can start with a free intro session before committing.

Question 8

Which coaching package is right for me?

Accepted Answer

Three tracks, depending on what you are facing. The Intensives ($4,000) are six sessions on one leadership challenge, with the Insight 360 Evaluation, the Insight Leadership Skill Assessment, and a WILL Badge on completion. The Executive Year ($20,000) is twelve months with a senior executive coach, by application. The Advisory ($24,000) is six months for a senior woman carrying a live organizational problem, meeting every two weeks.

Do I have to be a Lab participant to do coaching?

Accepted Answer

No. Coaching stands on its own. Some clients come to coaching first and decide later whether the Lab is right for them. Others do coaching after the Lab to keep the work alive.
