Women Igniting Leadership

Transform Your Leadership.Ignite Your Impact.

The Women Igniting Leadership Institute provides intimate, curated learning journeys for exceptional women leaders who are ready to transform their leadership capacity.

Whether you're driving a breakthrough in science, leading in government, scaling a business, or building something the world hasn't seen yet…

Women Igniting Leadership Institute will equip you with the leadership skills and mindsets needed for you to succeed boldly, bravely, and with grace - while building a powerful community.

A Bold Experiment

When we first envisioned Women Igniting Leadership Lab, we sought to uncover a way to cultivate skills that often seem intangible - yet we know are vital:

  • Staying grounded under intense pressure
  • Remaining strategic amidst chaos
  • Recognizing and addressing systemic patterns rather than just surface-level symptoms.

WILL is the manifestation of this vision: a bold and innovative experiment. It is built on the belief that a talented, thoughtful group of women leaders and leadership educators can co-create a transformative experience.

One that serves as a crucible, igniting leadership in new ways.

Part institute, part laboratory, WILL brings together exceptional women leaders and leadership faculty to explore not only how to lead more effectively, but how leadership itself can be developed more effectively.

OUR THINKING

The institute is designed to learn.

Women Igniting Leadership is more than a place where leadership is taught. It is a place where leadership development itself is continually examined.

The questions that emerge from coaching shape new simulations.

Patterns observed in the Lab influence future research.

Organizational challenges inform new frameworks.

Faculty continue to refine the methods we use as we learn from leaders working across science, government, healthcare, business, higher education, and the nonprofit sector.

Our articles, assessments, research, and leadership analysis are part of that ongoing work.

Because we believe the field of leadership development still has much to discover.

WHY WOMEN CHOOSE WILL

Because It’s Time to Lead On Your Terms

Many women join Women Igniting Leadership because they’re ready to lead differently – more effectively, more intentionally, and with more support.

Whether you're newly stepping into a senior role or managing the complexity of a growing team, our programs are designed to help you strengthen your presence, clarify your strategy, and lead with purpose. You’ll join a learning community that values honesty, growth, and collaboration.

Our vision is a world where more women are leading in senior roles – and doing it in ways that reflect their values, strength, and intelligence.
