Women Igniting Leadership provides leadership development programs and services. These may include the Women Igniting Leadership Lab, the Leadership Intensives, the Executive Year, the Advisory, individual and group coaching, and leadership assessments. The inclusions, format, and duration of each program are described on our website or in the materials provided to you at the time of purchase.

Fees for each program are stated on our website in US dollars and are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Where a program requires a deposit to secure a place, the balance is due as set out in your program details. We may change our prices from time to time, but a change will not affect a program you have already purchased.

All fees and deposits are non-refundable. If your circumstances change, your place is transferable. You may apply it to a different intensive or program date, or transfer it to another person, by arranging this with us in advance. Any transfer is subject to availability and to the other person meeting the same eligibility requirements for the program.

Sessions are scheduled by agreement between you and your faculty member. If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as you reasonably can. A session that you miss without reasonable advance notice, or do not attend, may be treated as delivered and will not be rescheduled or credited, except at our discretion.

Our programs and coaching are educational and developmental. They are not a substitute for professional therapy, or for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and nothing said in a session should be relied upon as such.

Leadership development depends heavily on your own engagement and circumstances. We do not guarantee any particular result, outcome, promotion, or level of performance.

We treat what you share in the course of our work with you as confidential, and we ask that you extend the same respect to other participants and to our faculty. We may use anonymized, non-identifiable information to improve our programs and research, as described below. We will not disclose your identity in any research or publication without your written consent.

Our content, materials, and proprietary frameworks - including but not limited to Insight 4D, the 4As Journey, the Leadership Challenge Framework, the Insight Leadership Skill Assessment, the Insight 360 Evaluation, the Insight Decision Labs, and the Insight Leadership Flight Simulator - are owned by KS Insight and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Program materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not record, copy, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from them without our prior written consent.

By using our interactive tools, self-assessments, or leadership simulations, you grant KS Insight a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and analyze the anonymized data generated by your use of them.

We use this non-identifiable data to refine our methods, improve the experience, and publish aggregate research on leadership. Your personal identity will never be disclosed in such research without your explicit written consent.

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the website by, anyone else.

The information on our website is provided for general informational purposes only. While we work to keep it accurate and current, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about its completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither KS Insight nor Women Igniting Leadership, nor their directors, employees, faculty, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses - arising out of your purchase or use of, or inability to use, our services or website.

Our website and services may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect when posted. By continuing to purchase or use our services after a change becomes effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
