The Lab is limited to 25 leaders. Tell us about yourself, then reserve your place with a deposit of $1,000 or the early-bird tuition of $5,000.
The Lab runs Friday to Sunday, November 6, 7 and 8, 2026, through to the closing intensive in April 2027. Fully virtual.
If we cannot offer you a place, you get your money back.
Places are limited and each cohort is composed carefully. If we are not able to offer you a place in the November 2026 cohort, we refund your payment in full. You may also choose to carry it to a later cohort instead.

Tell us about your leadership.
A few questions, then you can reserve your place. We review applications on a rolling basis and reply within two business days.
Standard tuition for the Lab is $7,000. The early-bird rate of $5,000 applies while early-bird places remain, and a deposit paid in that window holds it. These prices are partially sponsored by KS Insight, to give better access to women leaders, who are less often supported by their organizations in accessing leadership training.
Prices are in US dollars. Any tax that applies where you are is calculated at checkout. Beyond the refund above, payments are non-refundable and transferable. You may apply your place to a different cohort or transfer it to another person by arranging it with us in advance. Payment is subject to our Terms & Conditions.
