Join the Women Igniting Leadership Lab 2025/2026 cohort. The program will launch virtually with intensive experiential learning and proceed to monthly facilitated small group coaching. The Capstone of the Lab will be a two-day lab experience in person in New York.

Note: The program fee of $10,000 ($8000 early bird price) includes all virtual sessions, in-person workshops, and materials. It does not include travel and accommodation expenses. The application form includes questions about your financial assistance needs.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. A $1,000 deposit is required with your application. Upon acceptance into the program, you'll have flexible payment options to cover the remaining fee: either a one-time payment or a convenient installment plan with smaller monthly payments. If you are not accepted into the program, your deposit will be fully refunded.

Workshop Refund and Credit Policy

We strive to provide an engaging and valuable workshop experience, and your commitment allows us to plan effectively and deliver the highest quality content. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review our refund and credit policy:

1. Participant-Initiated Cancellations

   • Due to the time and resources involved in organizing our workshops, once you are accepted into the program we do not offer refunds for participant-initiated cancellations. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to a future workshop or gift your spot to someone else who qualifies. Please notify us at least 5 days prior to the workshop for these options.

2. Low Enrollment Policy

   • In the unlikely event that a workshop does not meet the minimum required enrollment, we reserve the right to reschedule the workshop. Participants will be given the option to transfer their registration to a new date or receive a full refund.

3. Rescheduling by Us

   • If unforeseen circumstances require us to reschedule a workshop, your registration will be transferred to the new date. If the new date does not work for you, you may apply your registration fee to a future workshop or receive a full refund.
